I generally like this band and the vocal talent of Nai Palm is like nothing else. I love her voice, her style and how she adorns herself. The fusion of jazz and R&B is pretty unique and clever.
Having said that their music always takes a few listens. I didn’t particularly like it on first listen – with the exception of the brilliant Red Room (best track on the record). But their music has a way of working itself into your head and after a few listens – on headphones – a must – it just gets better.
Other stand out tracks for me were Chivalry Is Not Dead and Stone Or Lavender.
